He has worked on a strategic level for Barclays, First Direct, ING Bank, Lloyds TSB and Halifax. He was heavily involved in developing and implementing the full bank brand identity for Abbey National.
At BSkyB Pero worked at board level to deliver the re-branding and repositioning of Sky TV by conducting the full brand development process. He was responsible for bringing the magic back to the Odeon Cinema Brand.
