Ertuğrul, the co-founder of I-AM Istanbul, obtained his Architecture degree from the Middle East Technical University (METU) and completed his post-graduate study in the Industrial Design Products programme.
In 2004 he co-founded, with Emre Kuzlu, Atölye 7A Architecture in Ankara: an architecture design company that operated for six years and received numerous design awards. The firm enjoyed considerable success, creating a variety of high-profile architectural and interior design projects. After a meeting with the I-AM team from London in 2008, I-AM Istanbul was founded and has since gone from strength to strength.
Since 2007, Ertuğrul’s speciality has been in experience design for a broad range of consumer-facing brands. Ertuğrul is an expert in developing qualitative designs in different scales and building integrated relationships between them. Ertuğrul’s projects include work for Avea, Daikin, Garanti Bank and Brisa Otopratik.
