Working in partnership with the Co-op team, we are proud to have created the most eco-friendly bank branch design in the world, with all materials adhering to best-in-class environmental standards. We also introduced the centralised role of the ‘host’ to manage the front of house experience and allocate staff to look after the specific needs of each customer.

Outstandingly Successful with Staff and Customers

The new branches have been outstandingly successful with both staff and customers. The business performance is ahead of target and I-AM have been involved in the rollout of the concept to further sites throughout the UK.
