Finansbank Bank Branch Interior Design & ATM Design

Finansbank, one of Turkey’s leading banks, has been providing banking services to its customers since 1987. Today it operates over 550 branches. I-AM were commissioned to redesign the banks’ branding and branches to reflect the brand’s young and professional essence and highlight their ‘getting stronger together’ proposition.

Enhancing Customer Experience

Through a series of workshops, I-AM developed focused solutions to enhance customer experience whilst reflecting the brand language. A design that aimed to break the formal and distant appearance of bank branches and instil a warm and trusting atmosphere was embraced. I-AM created a more inviting atmosphere by highlighting functionality, aesthetics and simplicity within the designs.

The new concept is in the process of being applied to further branches across the country and the feedback from the customers shows that the ambience of the branches is now more intimate and accessible.
