Launching the The Convergence Continuum Trends Report at The Design Museum

We welcomed both clients, press and friends to an evening of insight hosted at The London Design Museum. Titled The Convergence Continuum, we presented how the future of retail is changing through the merging of physical and online shopping, along with retail concepts that create a continuous relationship between the brand and consumers. With our research led by 2000 consumer interviews across the UK, we revealed findings that are sure to inspire designs, strategies and operations in the industry.
