Gokcen, graduated from Economics department of Middle East Technical University, completed her masters degree in Business Administration during her research assistantship. She started her career in strategic planning & business development in one of the conglomerates of Turkey and got experience in various sectors including telecoms, financial services, oil and gas, construction. She continued her career in finance&accounting in a multinational startup and experienced development, growth and expansion phases of the company as in charge of system building and monitoring. She then worked as an investment manager for companies in preparation of strategic and financial partnership through M&A projects before joining I-AM. Her specialties include business planning and structuring, budgeting, reporting, ERP systems, performance measurement, operational functions and M&A transactions. She has been CFA® charter holder since 2011.
