Drum Design Awards nominations for I-AM 29th March 2016

The Drum Design Awards recognise the best in British creativity and so we’re delighted that two of our recent projects have been nominated this year.

With KFC, we worked with the team to design and art direct a poster series that dialed up the message of freshly prepared food. In the category of Typography, Drum recognise the unique results that were created using real flour and without any digital editing. Read more about the project on our website.

Our project with lifestyle and interiors retailer Hem was to design a pop-up shop that would generate and build brand awareness quickly. With eye-catching focal features like a two storey bird tower and abundant product displays, Drum acknowledges the successful meeting of this objective in the category of Retail/Pop-Up Interiors. Chair of the judges Kerrin Lumsden said, “The overall quality of work was really inspiring this year, with some amazing highlights. The judging day brought together a wealth of creative talent to dive into the work, and there were some thought provoking and passionate discussions on the day. In typical style, we ran well over time and could easily have continued long into the night. I am now looking forward to the awards ceremony and continuing to support the very best in British design.” 

Award winners will be announced during a ceremony on 27th April.
