With four steak restaurants up and running, but appealing to a mainly niche audience, the owners of Steakout engaged I-AM to take the business to the next level, incorporating their new shakes and juices offer.
A Formula Suitable for Franchising
This involved strategic definition of wider target audiences, the development of new brand identities for Steak Out and new sub-brand Shake Out, and complete 360º Brand Experience design including interior design, website and packaging. The new sites bring together all these elements in a formula suitable for franchising across the UK, with enough flex in the creative principles and components to accommodate a range of different site formats.
Expressing Passion and Personality
The concept is contemporary, textural, warm and authentic – with a ‘touch of bling’ and tongue-in cheek bovine references throughout, expressing the passion and personality of the business owners. The result achieves broader appeal and lifts the proposition into a new league.
