I-AM were enlisted by Ukrainian retail group, MTI, to help overhaul and reposition their range of footwear brands.
Exiting brand, Plato, was positioned as the fast fashion ‘Value’ offer within the group, selling discounted own-brand products and opportunity and clearance lines from famous stock from international brands.
A ‘sale clock’ strategy was implemented in which a time clock
and increasing rates of discount are used to push clearance product through.
