Role Summary:
To be responsible for developing and maintaining new business development, in line with I-AM’s sales and marketing strategies to meet agreed company objectives.
The right candidate should have:
· Interest in user centred design, service design and user experience,
· At least 3 years of experience in sales and new business development areas in brand, design, UX/UI related agencies or tech service companies,
· Demonstrate an understanding a multi-disciplinary, user centred design including brand, spatial and digital design, to be able to communicate and persuade potential clients.
· Good inter-personal and networking skills,
· Analytic and strategic thinking skills,
· Fluency in spoken and written English.
· Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
· A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
· To demonstrate a thorough understanding of company services and company product knowledge,
· To contact right people from potential clients prioritizing our target sectors and our target project types,
· Meeting clients and persuading them about the value of our services,
· Under standing the needs of potential clients and informing the project planning team about these requirements effectively,
· Setting up proposals,
· Following up on proposals sent, updating new business tracking documents and periodic reporting on performance,
· Pursuing new project opportunities with current clients of İstanbul, London and Dubai offices,
· Managing contract signing process,
· Following monthly new business activity targets,
· Setting up and updating yearly new business strategies,
· Managing the portfolio sharing process,
· Setting up and updating the conference and event strategies,
· Participating related conferences and events and networking,
· Following opportunities for giving talks in target conferences and events,
· Monitoring effectiveness of these events in terms of networking and new business development potential,
· Directing web, social media & newsletter content for Digital team.
· Coordinating with the global new business development and marketing team members.
· Managing current and potential customer relations
· Attending the workshops and helping the workshop prep process with the project team–where appropriate (larger scale projects).
