(User) Experience is Everything

This presentation delivered by Erdem Demir, Head of I-AM Insight and Digital, to UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) focused on the importance of UX in a digital economy.

He started with how good user experience begins with the formulation of a deep understanding of your users, arguing that this understanding is the key driver of success. He further underlined the importance of using qualitative as well as quantitative research to understand the user needs and behaviours.
